I've got a few channels in my subscriptions who all have just done a review of Azor for commander, but this is the first one I've watched. Pretty good card.

My new Azorius Commander. Brago, Lavinia, Grand Arbiter, Elrdazi Displacer, flicker all in the 99. Also Unesh and planeswalkers for control.

You think the price of Azor will go up soon? Is Sphinx tribal a thing in Commander?

I don’t think azor is the Sphinx tribal commander, but I believe there’s one from hour of devastation. I think he could settle around $5.

Is this card saying that opponents can't cast those spells on ANY of your opponent's turns? Or that each opponent can't cast them on THEIR OWN respective turns, but can still cast them on any other player's turn? I hope that question makes sense!

The wording they used could’ve been better. “During that player’s next turn” does mean it’s on their own turn and not other opponents. Not as punishing for instants, but can still hinder some strategies.

I got him just by luck in a booster pack. debating about looking at the blue that I have and see if I could make a deck. My only issue is the fact that blue is slow to grow in terms of mana. I think mana ramp is needed for other colors other then red and green.

michael andrews, you mean mana ramp that is red/green simultaniously? Because red has not more mana ramp than the other colours, except green. There won't be true mana ramp (cheating lands into play) in another colour than green, won't happen. Use artefacts and be even faster than green ramp, while being more invulnerable though. That's what you gotta rely on.

yes exactly. And thanks for the advice. I hear blue is a good color for control. I am just trying to figure out new deck ideas for the extra cards I have.

michael andrews, you can type those extra cards in edhrec . com (no space xD) and See in what decks it gets played. Blue is ineed good for control. You should take a commander who is versitile and fun. I like Nin, the Pain artist, F.e.
