Good morning to all Rangers. Ranger Harley reporting for duty after my pre dawn walk and swivel. Early morning is the best time to go. Thank you Rusty for motivating me to get out there and walk and swivel. I hit real serious about a year ago. I am out at least 5 days a week. I have lost over 70 pounds and my joints thank me every day. Watching your motivational videos, also trike man, got me out of the house and on my way to better Ranger health. Walking and swiveling can help all Rangers. Thank you Rusty. 😊
Have you seen any more mice around the garage? Was wondering how your eradication efforts were working. Getting rid of that old refrigerator and cleaning the place out probably did the trick.

3 or 4 quarts a water a day can hurt you. When water leaves the body it get rid of the sodium. Sodium needed a carrier to leave the body. That carrier is your potassium. Some doctors prescribe a diuretic to have patients lower their blood pressure. He also tell you to eat a banana or drink orange juice to replace your potassium.
