Hi, I just purchased THREE of these fans from amazon.co.uk and I am having the same problem with all three. When the fans are put into TIMER/APPOINTMENT mode for example - set for 2 or 3 hours the fans turn off ok. However, they do not turn back on using the remote or the on switch on the fan. They are completely dead. The only way that you can get them back on is to unplug the fan for 5 minutes and then plug back in. Perhaps you could help me and explain what is going on.

Hi, in this case, I talked to the technical team about your situation. They set circuit protection. When you set the sleep mode, timer for stop the fan and turn off the light of display in the meantime, it will activate the circuit protection, in order to protect the circuit, it will automatically lock the system. It is normal, you just need to reset it by disconnecting the power or unplug it for up to 30 seconds, then plug it back to use it as usual. If you don't want to activate this protection, when you set the sleep mode you can choose to timer stop but turn on the light o change the mode like eco o natural that you can timer stop and turn off the light in the meantime.
