Here's something you can do with storebought Mac & Cheese (Kraft or it's copycats): After following the instructions on the box, add around 2-4 slices of cheddar cheese (make sure to tear it into small pieces) or shredded cheese if you prefer, Add a mozzarella cheese stick for stringiness (again, have it cut up so it could melt easily) Mix it all in Add around 1/2 cup of Sour Cream to the mac & cheese mix again If you need to, add a splash of milk to make it more gooey If done correctly, it would be similar to Velveeta by consistency, with a home made like taste. Best paired with hot dog bits or grilled chicken Better than Denny's late-as-heck mac & cheese for sure.
