One of the best things about living in Oregon is the winters, when fresh Dungeness crabs are around $7.00 per pound! *I eat a BUNCH every year. **_THANKS FOR WHAT YOU GUYS DO!_*
You guys are pro's . Hard workers ....tell the lazy boss you need a raise and a tip 😉 not like the last one either.. look both way before crossing the street !
Jorge Avalos Great video Bro!!! What is the weight that you guys strive for? Tank Filler? And the average per lb., gross you total out for? Enjoyed this video and became a new subscriber!! Best of luck to you, your other mate and Capt!!
I'm wondering about the practice of dragging the haled line back in the water as you're retrieving the pot. Aren't you risking getting the line stuck in the propeller?
Thank you for sharing.Great video. You could not pay me enough to work that hard ! How many feet do you fish for the crab ? Oh and looks like you did not check for males or females or perhaps your so quick? I missed that please explain Thanks A Lot ! Well oiled machine !
More like 100' to 225. Dungeness like eel grass. Then shrimp 225 - 400' ft. Spot shrimp is the stuff. Holy crap batman ! Break tail off , butterfly raw best stuff ever. Thats what shrimp should taste like. Like crab when they die they release bile into their blood to decompose (its ammonia) the funky fishy taste. Fresh is best.
yeah! I think they have "sinkrope" on it (directly translated from swedish) so it lower itself under the prop :) Atleast that is how it works when i fish lobster :)
