WOW!! I’m not even a broker and find the golden nuggets of this presentation… Priceless!!! I’m glad I had my 15-year-old son in the car with me while listening to this. He has a learning disability too but is smart enough to learn the basics as he has expressed interest in owning commercial real estate. Sometimes they don’t believe the message parents try to impart to them until they hear it from someone else. Looking forward to doing business with you Sir. God Bless You

Thank you Jack for providing this video and the other videos that I have not watch yet. I plan to watch them all. This was my second time viewing this one. At first, I thought, man this guy is trying to chew out brokers. You are providing very very valuable information. And I truly truly appreciate it. Then you said God Bless you at the end. That's another WOW!!!! God Bless you Jack for helping brokers to be professional. I like your analogy about lawyers, doctors, plumbers, and etc getting their education to learn their craft. Actually, I was impressed with everything you said.

@@GeltFinancialLLC I would like to ask if you have a video explaining whether someone new to the industry should start out in the residential side of the business, or commercial side? I know you mentioned everyone in your office started out in residential. Do feel that is the better route to take for individuals entering the business? Cheers, Michael
