This video is an overview of various distributions developed by manufacturers who build and sell computers with Linux preinstalled. Companies such as System76, Tuxedo Computers, Purism, etc., sell devices that arrive without closed-source OSes. Until not so long ago, distros such as Ubuntu or similar were pre-loaded. Although users can still safely choose which OS to use, such companies have also begun to offer OSes that they have developed themselves, better integrated with the hardware for sale and with direct support for customers.
