I used to struggle with pornography a lot, and one thing that made it worse was trying harder, if your trying on your own strength, you will fall, God has proven that to me time and time again. Trying harder doesn’t do anything but make you feel even more guilty and shameful. Once i fully gave it to God, and endured his strength, in his word, I put on the armour of God, not only mentally but physically, having a verse for every piece of armour, having a memory verse for temptation and a routine. (1 Corinthians 10:13, “no temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man, God is faithful and won’t let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will provide a way of escape so that you may be able to endure it) keeping myself in constant prayer is also a number 1 priority, Jesus was human before too, he understands, talk to him about every single little thing, invite him into every activity you do... This is finding your strength in God! I say this not too boast but before I knew how to find my strength in Jesus, I didn’t know how, only by the power of God I am free, not my own strength! I love you brother, don’t give up! God has started a work within you and he won’t stop now that your trying!! He sees your heart!
This message literally could not have come at a better time. I'm going through a challenging season where i'm being tested and stretched like never before and it has made me doubt God a lot, but this message reminded me of how God has miraculously changed my heart and opened my eyes before and that He will do it again if i just commit to His word
I have always loved to sing 💖. I remember as a kid I'd see monsters and sing my Jesus my saviour lord there is none like you....over and over to stay safe I was scared my whole life. I became a born again Christian in these last 2 years but from late last year I suddenly felt this pull towards doing more for God. I sacrifice my time each night to sing spontaneous gospel music. I absolutely feel such a difference in my heart since praising God and even when I feel like doing something else I put God first. But I still need to pray first thing in the morning and meditate on his word first thing also. I'm also trying to read the word before bed too. I feel like since sacrificing my time to praise, read the word and pray not just for my family but for all God's children for the war to end, for empathy and the love of God to return to the earth, I am praying for a great revival and for God to awaken within me. Thanks again your helping me so much being led by the holy spirit. You guys are very humble and as a newbie disciple of Jesus you are both helping me in my journey. I’m severely committed to God and people call me Religious bc I want to live by His Word and I want His understanding for my life and NOTHING else I want to OBEY and do nothing else. I’m never going to be perfect which is such a burden that I can’t just 100% obey I still sometimes have a bad attitude or get prideful within, and God helps me so much by His Spirit but honestly I feel like a “fish out of water” no pun intended. I just feel like I don’t belong anywhere in this world. I just want to live w Him the way He wants and I do but the ridicule or disagreements and confusion that comes from it can be really really hard.

Something I retained to get your joy back, is to simply choose not to let the circumstances make you fold. It’s very important to stay in the word, but like Lokelani said “The kid can not change his own diaper.” I found you have to use your situations to strengthen your walk with God. God bless🙏
Oof.. just started but I know it’s going to hit hard. I struggle to stop things I know God wouldn’t want it’s just been years of me doing it and it’s hard to stop all at once. Pretty late to the party on this post, but i was recently struggling with really bad anxiety and some depression the past year and it was at it worst this past weekend. I felt so hopeless and was having suicidal thoughts. But after just praying continuously and listening to some of your messages, i realized that its not a question of “why” am i going through this, but “what” is God trying to show me. I had spent time away from God and put him on the backplate for a year and fell back into lust of the flesh and smoking weed. Ive come to the realization though that God has allowed me to go through this season so that i can come out stronger than before and to bring Him glory in the process. Im so thankful for this because he has answered my prayera. He’s woken me from my slumber and has freed me completely from lust, weed, and my anxiety. Yes i still have some thoughts here and there, but as i think it says in corinthians, give every thought captive to the Lord

I love seeing Gods work through y’all! Staying grounded in your faith and being doers of the word instead of just hearers is inspiring. Also in the BREATHLESS video I started thinking about how God allows y’all to be better parents. Yall having a relationship with God holds you accountable and convicts you when you don’t show up in your kids lives how He has commanded. So for y’all to take it a step further by proactively thinking about how y'alls relationship with your kids can affect how they see God is so powerful. Children who grow up in faith and end up turning away from their faith seem to have a trend of blaming God for how their parents treated them. When in reality even our parents are broken sinful humans. Just because they’ve accepted God their life doesn’t mean they fully accepted Him into every aspect like parenting. In contrast, the fact y’all try to avoid blurring the lines and teach them in the way they should go is beautiful. And it shows discipline. I can tell it’s something y’all are working at and it’s not easy, but it’s sooooo worth it. Y’alls kids will continue to fall deeply in love with God and have a healthy outlook on God. 😇❤️

Wow! What a word, thank you for this today. I’ve been really consistent with your podcast but the last 2 weeks I’ve been so focused on problems and issues in my own life that I was trying to figure out on my own. Talking about the enemy and how he uses certain people and things to lead me astray, that’s definitely whats put me off my path and focus on other things that don’t allow me to delight in God and not spend time with him. I’ve avoided the podcast for two weeks and not read the word. Something was pushing me this morning to watch and it helped me so much. It was such perfect timing and I have nothing but praise to God after watching this today. Thank you for your word today.

I've been tremendously blessed on numerous occasions by this ministry and I pray that it abounds unto the soon coming of God and our Lord Jesus. I listened into this session on spotify this morning and couldn't help but be intrigued by the statement made about quitting drinking, that's the work of the Holy Spirit upon your hearts and I love that there was a positive response. I noticed, however, the mention of swearing and just wanted to share this passage which speaks against that practice, however noble the motive. James 5:12 "But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation". I hope this will be taken with patience. Once again, I love your ministry and work for the Lord. God bless you all.
