My life aligns with your vlog so much! Kudos for taking the time to take care of you. My daughter is 4 and I finally felt like I can leave her side to properly work out for an hour without anxiety related to worries about her. It has made a world of difference. I wish I was in this space years ago, but better late than never. ❤ You are doing it mama!!
