Hello, Common death adder - also one Henry’s favourite animals.
As ambush predators, their venom kills their prey instantly.
Finding Death adders in the bush is like trying to find a needle in a haystack! So Henry has to keep his eyes peeled and look VERY carefully for this critter.
The venom in the Death adder is powerfully neurotoxic - paralysing the prey item almost instantly.
In other words, they are not to be trifled with.
Will Henry find one?! Whatever the case, you’ll get to meet our friend Andrew’s Death adder, Walter! And he’s a wonderful WHOPPER!
