Pressing the yellow reset key on start will never help it load firmware, all that will do is launch trouble reset mode.

Currently having an issue where a c754 won’t completely turn on. Blank screen. But when the main switch is turned on the machine shows power but nothing to the screen or to show that it’s fully on.plz help me

Hello, is there this *.prn file for Minota C368? I've already tried recording several firmware with different pendrives and on all USB ports, but the printer doesn't go into firmware mode.

Hello Supertech, If i forgot to open the screw to gain access for the USB port and i mistakenly used the other USB port around it, will it cause any issues? Why am asking is because since i made that mistaken, i discovered that my C554 has refused to boot. It only boots to 2 or 4 shark tank on the screen panel. Any Suggestions on this issue? Thank you sir

Turn off the machine and try to update the firmware the correct way. Does it update or is it still stuck?

@@Supertechs3 After updating the Konica Minolta C554, it now goes beyond the 2 shark tank. Now it boots to five shark tanks and the official Konica Minolta logo at the top left of the screen but gets stuck and doesn't go beyond this point. I have turned off the machine and turned it back ON again but it still gets stuck at the Konica Minolta logo and 5 shark tanks. I don't know if there is a specific firmware or something I need to do to resolve this issue. I miss the machine badly.

Please help with error on km c558 after resetting machine error c-d390 comes up then shows c-40c3 help would be much appreciated 🙏

How did you reset machine ? cd390 is an NVRAM error, machine should go to "Recover data" itself. 40c3 is a checksum error. Both likely if you replace main board and install a used board.... Do a "trouble reset" boot and if needed go to service mode from there and do a fresh "Data clear"
