Common Grounds: How the Country Can Fight Retail Crime 

Across the country, businesses and communities are continuing to face a sustained surge in theft and violent crime. Retail crime remains a significant issue across the U.S. and has prompted a wave of calls nationwide for policymakers to take action. While there has been some progress at the state and local level to address this serious issue, Congress must act.
During the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s latest Common Grounds event, Rep. Mike Garcia (R-CA-27) and Rep.
