The video is great in helping me build my confidence before my interview. However, I was hoping that the example was based on novice nurses (or transitional nurses) going into perioperative services rather than someone whos already CN or OT nurse

Nurses in working in hospitals po have the same salary depending on your grade (years of experience), however, those working in clinics have lesser rate, I believe.
Hi @Team Zulueta pls did you went through conversion or OBA (MCQ + OSCE)? will be arriving on 482 without taken NCLEX yet and need your advice on best option btw conversion and OBA. Thanks
