Common in 1992 was still finding himself stylistically and if he hadn’t made that HUGE jump on his next album Resurrection, then he might not have become the artist he is today!! In 1992/93 alotta cats was still experimenting with that whimsical style u see on this song which is still alotta fun but it’s obvious things changed by the mid to late 90s. I love this album but it’s obvious Common became a MUCH better artist on his next two albums.

chipthief187 the original version appears on the album with the Tim Dog sample "Give Me A Pound Thank Ya mam". This version is on 12 inch single. I believe they added it on the reissue album though.
