The word "firm" has multiple definitions, not just the one you used in this video. So it can be used as a proper synonym for "company".

Hey Chris, is it necessary to use so much vocabulary to make an essay of higher bands. can't we just express our ideas in simple language just by using some connector's and i personally face lot's of problem in TASK 1 because. I don't have that much connectors and i can only write in simple Language. so basically i just want your advice?

if i dont know synonym of particular word for rephrase the introduction in the writing ...then it will loose the band or not ?

I am at a loss to know what you mean by "Context". I see no context if all you are offering is a single key word. Surely you need to put the key word into an example sentence? As you hint in the video, many of the loose synonyms would be correct in the appropriate context

This is just bullying. It doesn't reflect one's ability to use English at all. The whole writing part of the test is complete bollocks.
