The former Crownsville Hospital site should be used for: solar electricity production for county residents, beneficial gardening, a park with walking trails, a museum concerning the former Crownsville Hospital, and possibly a new county library branch. The museum should remind people about how inhumane and unacceptable segregation and lobotomies are.

They should keep one of the old buildings and give guided or self guided tours through that building.

@@FreeRoamBaltimore I agree. They should keep at least one of the old buildings. Whichever one, or ones, they keep, could be used as a museum for tours.
