Community remembers man who died while working at Colorado sugar factory 

He was killed at work? Where is the employer's responsibility here?

Did he enter a confined space at his workplace? If so, then why wasn’t the air in this confined space tested with a direct-reading instrument/monitor for sufficient oxygen and for the hydrogen sulfide level? If the air had been tested, and found hazardous, then no employee should have entered this confined space and no one would have died that day. Tragic outcome that never should have happened.
