Cara Patricia, Es posible que usted este estancada pero esta es la manera de liberarse de esta situación. Asegurese de hacerlo 2 veces al día por 20 minutos cada vez y recuerde que los últimos 5 minutos de cada meditación son los mas importantes. Aquí sera cuando usted se sienta como que tiene que levantarse y hacer algo diferente. Es aquí cuando debe de continuar meditando. Practique esta meditación por lo menos un mes and note como la situación cambia y como se siente usted.
