Sir while determining the eligibility criteria for a Firm to be a registered valuer.... 3 or all partners which ever is lower, it means if firm has 2 partner then 3 or 2 lower is 2, so all the 2 partner should be registered valuer but if firm has 5 partner then if firm has 3 registered valuer i.e 5 or 3 which ever is lower firm should be eligible for registration. Sir Please clarify i am confused on this point.

Sir, there is one mistake in section 455 (Dormant company) pg. no. 42, topic "Application for status of Active company". It should be - Directors shall within 7days apply for status of Active Company if it omits to do an act mentioned in MSC-1 and not status of Dormant company. Please rectify the mistake in your compact book ASAP

Sir in nidhi co. You said nidhi co. can acquire securities of another co. After passing SR and RD approval. But from may 23 exam Nidhi co. Can not acquire sec. Of any other co.
