You should also mention that the rents here are minimum $1000/month living with 3 other people and that's IF you're lucky to find a room. As someone born here and have my family as a back up option I was struggling to study full time, work 2 jobs and pay my rent and tuition. It's not easy living in Canada right now and that become 100x harder if you don't have family to support you.

Boss, advice those to move to other part of Canada. How can someone use huge statement for visa application and found themselves stranded because of money. If they have money, they should be able to rent, brother. In the same Canada, I know students in other areas having 2 jobs. Stay blessed 🙌
