The bank is losing money, because she’s not taking the applications of qualified clients based on whatever her mood is for the day. The first customer, she was upset because the customer interrupted her personal call. She went out of her way to disrespect that customer and make sure to not give both of those customer’s paperwork to the loan officer.

I know this isn't real, my story is I went to a bank to open and deposit a check just a little over three thousand dollars because of the way I was dressed the people didn't believe my check was real, the manager came out and told me he had to verify that the check was real, I told him to do his thing long story short after it was proven that my check was real, I was treated very differently every time I went to that bank, that why u should never judge a person on how he or she is dressed! I didn't know there was a protocol on how to dress to go to the bank, plus the bank was literally 3 blocks from my home... Ijs
