Sir ji ek advice hai.... Counter pe likha hai ki ... But 1 at 40% and buy 2 at 50%... So kyu ki unhone likha hai they have to give you at that price only otherwise you can file a case to the consumer forum they will do the rest.
It’s not like the employees are denying that a mistake has been made, however as a customer you need to make sure what you are paying for. Employee did said that he informed you about the update in discount at billing. Customer should be more aware while paying. Please stop blaming the employees here.
It’s an human error you should also double checked the bill before paying don’t create a publicity stunt just for views I have shopped with sketchers several times worldwide and they have an excellent customer service..

Bought Sketchers two years back l, faced issues, showroom promised replacement, delayed return, complained about ankle pain, showroom refused, customer care denied, decided not to buy Sketchers again due to discomfort.
Bhaisahab pehle toh aap kisi shop par jao, brand ke store par jao toh waha ke employees se tu-tu karke baat mat kiya Karo. Woh waha job kar rahe hai, unki bhi izzat hoti hai, woh waha kisi majboori me job kar rahe hote hai, ghar ki zimmedariyan hoti hai unke upar bhi,Aapne unhe kharid nahi rakha hai jo unse tu karke baat kar rahe ho.aur dusri baat yeh ki aapko payment dene ke pehle bill amount confirm Karna chahiye, yeh customers me awareness hona chahiye.aur agar unse galti hui hai toh woh accept kar rahe hai na.
Sir this is nt human error this is misrepresentation by them jst make a compalint in consumer forum it only cost 10rs and you hv vry strong proof which strenghten your case im sure court will provide you better compensation then they will nt do these kind of things ... Thank you

I don't know if the incidence you cited is a scam or not. But pasting a MRP of 8000 on a product of 2000 and then selling it for 4000 by offering 50% discount is a real scam. Stop wasting your hard earned money on so called brands. If its a black money then keep going.

Consumer forum me onl8ne complaint launch karna chaiye.. ye Har brand ka case hai. In ke seniors ko sab pata hota hai Asm aur RM , Gm ko but ye rokte nai hai employee ko pressuruse me dal ke khud chaplete hai.

I've been in retail for long earlier, So, as an employee I must share that MRP mentioned on the barcode label is the accurate one, about discount tags it changes on frequent basis by the company and every time employees have to change the update discount tags on each & every article., So, as a human error such incidents can happen, I believe there is no fault at customer's end if anyone commit a different price to them, but in such cases you must go for exchange to the specific store highlighting the same. Or maybe ask for a refund whether they need to pay if that is not in the company's policy. But You shouldn't drag such errors to social media or the company handles , because a lot of employees can lose their jobs or spoil their career due to this, as you all know every one has a family to feed. Unfortunately retail employees don't have any union to protect them either. After doing such acts you may stand tall as an aware consumer but will fail on humanitarian grounds, cheers to you.. 😢
