Relic has already stated that the tech test build had various graphical bugs causing lowered rendering resolution and missing textures.

I really think the Churchill in game is more of a Mk III since that turret looks way to square to be the cast turret of the Mk IV and looks more like the welded turret of the Mk III. Would be cool since it would mean that you'd have COH1 with the Mk4, COH2 with the Mk7 and COH3 with the Mk3 which kind of matches the settings of the games with COH2 Brits being very late war, COH1 Brits being late war right after D-Day and COH3 being more early war/mid war.

I’m actually shocked how rough the graphics looks. To be honest even 3d models for engineering purposes have more detail than those in this game. And don’t you tell me “it’s still beta” or whatever. We all know all games got released in their test stage.

Historically matilda is medium tank but is slow as a heavy tank. I know it's a game but i can't get over this fact.

It provides sturdy armor giving edge on the battlefield that's why the Matilda rolled in service as an Infantry support vehicle like the Churchill the Matilda boast a 40mm QF 2 Pounder Gun which give decent firepower able to make par on LTs but Marder on the other hand I think it can take on but cannot fight against much strong vehicle such as the Stug and Tiger

It's official designation was always an infantry tank... it's sole porpuse was to keep up with the infantry, provide cover and more firepower...

well centaur in this game is actually cromwell close support variant since it has an mg on the front hull.

Disheartening but makes sense giving the game is taking place in the African Campaign of the war which ended 1 year before the Cromwell was put into service. But yeah probably DLC down the line

i can't say this game is garbage but judging by graphics this below expectation, no significant output after 16 years? come on relic, at least blitzkrieg mod modders had initiative to add more units. probably because brian r wood lead designer for first COH died in a car accident, RIP to him.

Mixed feelings. The Punjab and Gurkhas skin tone not that accurate . I got a garrison of them down the road . They are tan but not tamil tan . Punjab mostly are fairer that their southern counterparts . I felt realism is out of the window a 75mm direct hit , none of the infantry fly. 40mm hitting the back of marauder the crew are still intact. I better go play coh 1 Europe at war lol.

A lot of things in the CoH franchise were either prototypes, had little made, or never saw service. The Bergetiger in the Panzer Elite from CoH1 for example was one as only one was found with no one knowing what it really was for. The Ostwind from CoH2 is another with having had only 44 tanks made some of which didn't even reach the Eastern Front. The franchise has a lot of inaccuracies, but for the most part they nail the authenticity of the theaters pretty well.

@@aldrichcruz9321 really? what i know is only 6 black prince prototypes were made and never used in action. plus i dont like how the factions are designed. wehrmacht/DAK? it is just strange to see DAK fighting in italy. plus DAK technically belongs to the wehrmacht. they should've just release italy as a faction instead of DAK. what's with the devs honestly?? its not even the first time we're seeing this. throughout the series there are wehrmacht/OKW, wehrmacht/panzer elite and now wehrmacht/DAK. 🤦‍♂️ i think it could've done better, like wehrmacht/SS or germany/italy.

the visual presentation is just awful across the board. I get that they were going for a more cartoony stylized look but in my opinion it's a complete miss. everything from the models, textures, animations, muzzle flashes, explosions and other effects all look like a straight downgrade to me, not just from COH2 but from all the other WWII RTS that have come out recently. call to arms ostfront looks legitimately 10 years newer than this and that came out years ago. when I played the technical test the audio was equally underwhelming, I can't recall the last game I played that had weaker gunshot and explosion sound effects. a studio of Relic's size should be able to afford to record most of the weapons firing in person, I don't understand how they missed this badly.

men of war? lol the last game was mediocre shit. im tired playing repetitive recycled campaign for ever faction, i uninstalled immediately after i finished german campaign, there is no point to finish the same mission 4 times.
