If I were you I would look at using a lot more flanking tactics with ur infantry instead of just massing them together making them a juicy target for indirect fire or grenades, study ur units like knowing which one are good at long range and short range
You need to chillout a little bit with your anti tank, mortar unit and hmg unit... Put them with better protection and better place.. do not use them to flank by the way.. let your front squad do the front job.. look at the enemy strategy, they put their mortar and flank anti tank behind and defend the strategic point.. produce more mechanized unit and flank them..
