it depends: if you choose the armor tree, call your calliope and counter barrage him; if you choose airborne, then its really simple, just use the spy plane and then land your airborne behind the artillery to take it out; if you choose the infantry tree, then you might just have to push until you reach his artillery, or use the rangers "speed" power to get to him fast. hope it helps :)
Well yea, generally, American units will do better at close range, but once they have acquired BARS they are awesome at any distance, and as many anti inf abilities possessed by Wehr or PE players are machine gun infantry at that stage, it's best to keep a bit of distance. The being close thing really only comes into play in the first few mins, most times it is still better to get into green cover and fight it out that way. If you charge at your enemy, you will take unnecessary causalities.
@Mr2ndAmendment Most acronyms that can be phonetically pronounced are normally said as a single word, as least in my experience. Easy game but a good example how clear defined goals and proper maneuvering of basic units can lend itself to victory.
@somthingman It will effect your PvP quite badly. If you get the original only you can only use america and whermacht. Opposing fronts gives you the PE and British and Tales of Valor gives you extra units which can be swapped for other units in your army. I would recommend that if your gonna play online you should at least grab opposing fronts ontop of the original. But i do think there are offers at the mo for all 3, i'm not sure. Just go with what you think is best. :)
@somthingman Here's what you do ok... 1. Go to ebay 2. Search Company of Heroes Anothology 3. Sort the search by lowest price and buy it now only 3. Buy it new from a trusted seller with 5 star rating 4. If you can wait a couple week then the game is pretty cheap. Around 15 dollar for COH original, Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor. I need some help,always when i fight against the germans the player brings artillery,and it's very frustraiting especially on maps with bridges.I usually play as the americans so this became a real problem for my ratio.Any ideas?
Great video, will use the tactics! One minor thing, the M1918 Browning Automatic Rifle is pronounced "Bee-A-are." I'm really big on firearms, I just had to bring it up. Great vid though!

sorry to ask this but i'm thinking of getting company of heroes and i was wondering, ONLY getting company of heroes and not opposing fronts and tales of valor. will that effect my pvp gameplay? like maps and stuff? of is it just single player that is effected? and if it does do you recomend i buy all 3? thanx

@KillerWhales1951 lol :') I've been meaning to do one for ages, but all the matches i've played have been really boring to watch and lasted about 50 mins aha.
Ofc the opponent left.. he had no fuel, the only units his manpower could afford at that time were pios and you had like 5 or 6 squads spread over the whole map.. I would be polite enough to declare you victory, but I would surely leave the match as well.. imo wehr lost cause he just spammed mg's recklessly.. sending a stationary unit out in the open with no cover and what does he do next? send in a sniper '-.- if he chose a volks squad instead to team with the MG he would secure at least one cp
sorry but that wehr player was just terribly bad. wasting all of his units. trying to set up to close and not retreating til he was dead anyway. still a good win nevertheless but he handed it to ya on a plate :p
