I have both and I find Bellisima very fine and limp and I couldn't train Bellisima's bangs. Always went straight down over my face no matter what I did to it. Very disappointing. I thought the hairline looked wiggy too. 😕 However loved Butterbeer Blond. Going to try another Belle Tress in this color. As for SUWAT it's my fav Short wig. 😊

Hi Taz, Just wanted to thank you for your channel and reviews. I found you through Sugar Puff and Fluff. Nisha's confidence and your great, thorough reviews have given me the confidence to buy my first wig due to a new leukemia diagnosis. I have a great prognosis and the "good" kind of leukemia. ...lol! Thanks so much Taz! Just love this comparison - color and style!! It's so good to see a close up of the Shaded Biscuit and Butterbeer Blonde....they are very similar, but not exactly the same as I would say the Shaded Biscuit looks slightly (ever so slightly) warmer than BB blonde.

Fyi... I just got bellisima in butter beer and they changed the hairline to have blonde in front like rw does for shaded biscuit... Its so nice now.

I love these two styles, so sleek and neat and professional, great everyday wear for work. Bellissima in particular says, "I have my act together and I know what I'm doing" - that is a job interview wig!

You put a lot of thought into making this comparison & thought of EVERYTHING and everyONE Taz and only 8 minutes! I know you probably don't want to go so far as to say which lace front you feel is more realistic, however, I think you did it in a classy way by saying one of them is SHINY & scratchy. MUAAA!

I like the fullness of the RW SUWAT! The Bellissima has a beautiful color and might be better for summer. If I had the money though I would choose the RW SUWAT.

Well, I love Bellissima and I am going to put it on my list, including in Butterbeer blonde. I just got a Kristen in Palm Springs blonde and it works on me. I think that Butterbeer blonde is similarly cool. Love that style. I tend to gravitate toward these smooth bobs. I also just got Dare to Be, by Raquel Welch in this style, so bobs work for me. Its nice to be able to wear blonde, now, as long as there is very little gold or warmth in them. LOVE that live, side by side view. Yay! Another possibility. Thank you, Taz xoxo

Where are the wigs retired to after the new models come out? I need to get a couple more but really can't afford the new model prices. I absolutely love Bellissima style.

When a manufacturer decides to discontinue a style, they continue to market the style until inventory is depleted. Your best bet would be to watch for items on clearance. I have both of these wigs and in my opinion, SUWAT is much better quality, thus the price difference. I find that you really cannot deviate on the part with Bellissima whatesoever. It has to stay exactly where it is. I like the fibers on SUWAT better as well. From the day I opened the box on Bellissima, there were already fibers that were corkscrew and needed to be trimmed. The ends of Bellissima are crunchier and need to be trimmed after only wearing on a few occasions.

Hi, Taz! I have had a Belle Tress wig in Butterbeer Blonde and I liked the fibers a lot, so soft, but the lace front and their color selection left a bit to be desired. I was not too sure about my Straight Up With A Twist I just got in SS Cappuccino, but I asked my "short hair hater" husband how it looked and he *likes* it! 😲 So she's staying! I think a woman of my frame/size might like SUWAT a bit better than the Bellissima in a way because of the fullness you can get from all the layers of SUWAT, just an observation. I don't look great in very flat styles, personally, especially if they are shorter than I generally wear. I even plump up my JR Kristi a bit when I wear her. I wore SUWAT today for a video and I really like her, love the shape and the color is to die for, of course. ~Cyn

I like the Raquel Welch wig better for color and the look. The Belle Tress lace front didn't look quite right in the video. It might be better in person, but the Straight Up looked more natural

Hi Taz! I LOVE all your videos and always get excited when I see a new one pop up. Might you have a space saving way to store wigs other than in the boxes they came in? The boxes are nice but they are just SO BULKY and take up so much room. Looking to declutter here.

Suzanne Dawson I suggest gallon size ziplock baggies..insert wig, squeeze air out and store in a plastic bin you can get at Walmart. Works great! 💕💕💕

Hi Taz I love the Bellissima , it looks like it has razor cuts in the back on bottom, where SUWAT don’t…. I had SUWAT a long time ago, the BelleTress looks overall more modern, I just ordered it, since I love my John Renu Kristin, but I want the razor cuts in the Bellissima, we shall see, and I love the BBB color better, it’s brighter, great review as usual Taz, I told u in another comment I just wasted $$$$ on Califia, I cut her🙄 , she is just so flat to me , I can’t return her since I messed with her!! Oh well, maybe Bellissima will make me happy!! 😂. Have a great night!!!

That was really helpful thank you. I am struggling to choose which one to purchase for my first wig. I have a topper in a similar style. I like the smooth look of the belissima and the finer fibres you mentioned but am a bit concerned you mentioned the lace front on belissima was a little scratchy? Also can someone with warm, light to medium skin tone wear cool blonds or would a warmer blond be better? Colour suggestions for both would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I have both wigs in the same colors. I prefer RW, but it looks "dressy." It lends itself to a rhinestone clip to keep the hair from falling in my face. The Bellissima does not look good with a clip and both sides fall into my face. I don't have a steamer. Is there another way I can get the sides flat and off my face the way you have styled yours?

Hi Joyce! If you do not have a steamer, you could try using a hot air brush or a hair dryer to change the direction of the root away from the face. These fibers also react well to the heat from you hand... if you push the hair into position and hold the heel of your hand against it for 20-30 seconds.. repeat as needed. XOXO
