Comparing Johnny Depp & Amber Heard's Testimonies (L&C Daily) 

Johnny's testimony is an adult telling his story to the world. Amber's testimony is a 5 year old girl trying to cry in front of her daddy to make him punish her brother who ate her chocolate.

Imagine, this will be played in every psychology class like 5-10 years from now, educating on personality disorder and analysing emotion. Fascinating.

If someone did to me ,what Amber claims Johnny did, i wouldn't want that person's money, i would want that person in jail.

On another video someone made an astute observation that I have not heard anyone else discuss (I'm sorry to the person for forgetting your name.) She said that anytime JD is describing an event he physically displays defensive motions (blocking, cowering, protecting the head/body, etc) while AH uses her body to physically display actions of the aggressor (holding a bottle a certain way, striking, pushing, tearing, throwing, etc). For what it's worth, I found this interesting and a very keen observation.

I was nearly beaten to death by my children’s father. I was in ICU for a week and had to get reconstructive surgery on my face. It wasn’t nearly as eventful as these so called assaults that AH received. Broken glass inside your genital area from a bottle? Why wasn’t she hospitalized? Why doesn’t she have more detailed pics of these alleged assaults? It’s obvious that she pulls her phone out and takes pics because of the ridiculous pics that she has of Johnny, so you would think that she would have documentation of these alleged beatings. She was also implying in the beginning of her testimony that JD has a lot of power and ppl behind him…I think she did that to implant the idea that these ppl may be lying for him. I believe JD because the evidence is speaking for itself!

I literally cannot listen to her fake sobbing without cracking up. I've tried to seriously listen to what she's saying but I simply can't do it. 30 seconds in and I'm just busting up.

On more than one occasion, Amber said “it felt like he was hitting me” and “it looked like he was punching me”. Given how hysterical she is, I could believe she ‘felt’ like he was physically hurting her even if he wasn’t. Strangely vague word choices when she’s providing so much specific detail about everything else.

The idea that a judge in the UK believed this woman is mindboggling...

Why would you take sleeping pills and put yourself in a vulnerable position with somebody who just attacked you in the house it just doesn't make sense why would you do that

Amber's sister and Amber's make up artist needs to testify. All Heard needs to do is have a doctor and just medical records to show she was battered. The injuries she describes in this case should be horrific and would require medical care.

I feel so bad for her daughter, who 10 years from now, will see how much people hate her mother. It’s not too late, amber! Admit everything and you may save yourself from further embarrassment! Think about your daughter!

I wonder if Amber is realizing how embarrassing the crying scene that she made or her team is actually convincing her that she's doing a good job. I mean literally the more she cries the more I believe Johnny.

She claims in Australia he was punching the walls and punching her. There would be serious damage to someone's knuckles from punching a wall repeatedly. And it just so happens that there are actual images of Johnny Depp's hand from that day, from the hospital where his finger is injured. Pictures show his right hand and there is absolutely no injury to his knuckles....

Why would you take sleeping pills in a situation where you’re terrified? I am the victim of assault and I would be taking all efforts to retain whatever lucidity I can! 🤨

If she had all these injuries she was describing in that one attack, she would be in the hospital. If this jury believes her they are complete fools. I’m sorry she is pathetic

It's amazing how much she can "cry" without going red or shedding a single tear.

There is a tape just after this incident but they cannot include it in the court because it's not only her and Johnny on the tape but also the doctor and the security guard. Listen to it and you will hear how she says to him "I am sorry , I didn't mean to" when they were preparing him for operation... there's no doubt in my mind she is lying..awful

She is such a terrible actress she shouldn’t be faking issues like this that actually happened to real victims she’s just a terrible actress and poor Johnny Hass to go through this BS

I could feel the second hand embarrassment off of just about everyone in the courtroom when she went into that terribly acted fake crying breakdown about the Australia incident. Seemed she wrote down the worst things that could possibly happen to a human from the scrapbooks of Ivan the Terrible and Emperor Nero and crammed it into her tale without thinking about how a human would survive that or come out of it with no injuries whatsoever. I was half expecting her to say he rode her down with a war chariot whilst brandishing a spear.

Oh I hope the jury sees right thru her! Clearly the whole world sees she's a liar but it comes down to what 12 people think. ⚖ Justice for Johnny!

Go check real people who are emotionally invested in their traumatic story : they loose their voice and actually struggle to get to the point. They don't cry like babies (you know, the breath cry). You see them swalowing a lot because they feel like their throat is blocked and they feel pressure. You can see their "weird" facial expressions and them sometimes biting their lips, trying to hold their tears while they speak. here we have : no shaky voice, not visibly trying to hold tears, able to speak rather fluently, forced facial expressions...I mean, that was aweful.

Crying with no tears! I'm embarrassed for her.

I think this trial is so important because JD has become the voice of people that has been affected by clever, manipulative, narcissistic person that will go to any length to win and destroy the other person.

It's impossible that she feels these theatrical emotions. She's in court battles since 2016. She talked with lawyers, friends, experts, media people.... and now suddenly - when she's on the stand - these emotions would come up? No, if one is in a years long court battle the initial feelings cool down and are replaced by factual thinking to win the court case. I hope the jury is aware of that, as well.

She's a tragic figure. Liar. Sick. About to face her downfall. I'm all for women, honorable loving women who stand for love and for themselves when necessary. But not for manipulative sociopathic ones like Heard out to destroy a man for material gain and vengeance. Ugh. Where is the PROOF!!!! All that she is saying is hearsay.

This woman has absolutely no shame. How she can bare-faced lie like this is hard to fathom. Definitely pathological as Dr Curry has testified. I don't feel there is any heart or soul behind those eyes.

She actually posed with a tissue for a camera during her testimony. That's next level bullshittery.

What's insane to consider is how a 1000 word or less article leveled this man's life! And now he has to go to these incredible lengths to prove something that didn't happen.

That feeling of hotness on his hand, and no pain at the moment is quite true . My grandfather had an accident on his truck, and he had both his legs crushed. He said to my mom that he didn't feel pain at all, just hotness at the point the legs were still intact. The pain arrives much later, when the stress wears off.

No gynecologist check up with all this vaginal trauma is unheard of ( excuse the pun) I think I speak for all ladies in saying we are very sensitive and careful with our vaginas that we would run to the gynecologist over the tiniest discrepancy in our vaginal health.

I know a woman who was violently assaulted by her husband, and despite their toxic alcohol /drugs fuelled relationship, she pressed charges and he went to prison over an episode not dissimilar to what AH accuses JD of. I cannot fathom how she had no medical attention /no disclosure to friends /family and no staff realised the severity of such incidents? None of this detail surfaced before this case, I'm sure charges would have been brought against JD? However, the woman I mention continued secret contact with her imprisoned husband, breaking terms of his sentence and he lost parole. They took up together again on his release, more violence ensued. I really can't work out if some people are addicted to toxic relationships, but if AH has fabricated such violent assaults with gruesome details, she really is disturbed. Was JD so messed up with booze, Coke and opioids that he was a monster at times? Very worrying that we may never get to the truth. Probably like a lot of women, I feel bad dismissing her claims, but I'm not hearing from his friends, family or employees that they ever felt he was violent or abusive? Usually there will be signs, not least of injuries to AH if she was beaten by a heavier built man wearing rings that would damage skin.. Assault with a bottle is horrific, why wait all these years to say it? Surely a therapist would have urged charges be brought, it is the singularly worst accusation of all her testimony.

The saddest part to me is that some people are buying her nonsense.

She keeps saying "and I remember". I don't think people relating something in their past actually say that. They just say what happened. And if that happened, wouldn't a normal person contact the police or a hospital?

I’m scared the jury will believe her. Just with the way the world is and how lying has become the new truth has made me nervous of justice being served.

When you cry, especially as hard as she was trying to make it look, everything on your face drips. Your nose gets snotty your eyes are red and weepy. Most of all your face turns red...beat red...she isn't crying, it's an act.

Its scary that they wont allow the jury to hear the parts of the tape that unravel her whole story. If you have'nt heard them yet, seek them out.

She's clearly acting and lying. In other hand, Johnny is definitely honest in his testifying without overacting or seeking for the jury sympathy. For me it's clear, we have two persons, one is honest and genuine, and the other one is false, toxic and lying badly. Guess who's who ?

She faces the jury and searches for eye contact with them individually as she testifies. No other witness has done so, and has faced the attorneys asking the questions. An actor knows his audience.

How are you going to “cry” while looking dead straight at the jury?🤨EMBARRASSING.

How can a person not scape from such scene to save herself but instead take pills to forget things and fall asleep?

If she was really that traumatized she wouldn't have been staring him down and smirking at him across the courtroom.

So she claimed she didn't know if the bottle that was inside her was broken or not? And she didn't go to a hospital or at least a doctor to get checked out? You're afraid you may have had a broken bottle inserted inside, with force, punching like force, and yet you don't go see a doctor? This just seems to be designed to draw attention away from the fact that she cut the end of his finger off, a good way to make his injuries seem less important.

The fact she keeps looking to the jury instead of who is questioning whereas Johnny was looking to the person who was questioning him. She’s playing up to the jury to gain sympathy and there’s no tears throughout her crying

We do remember what Whitney told Jennifer Howell. She told her that she fears that Amber will kill Johnny Depp.

So many inconsistencies, which everyone's heard the evidence on recordings.The moments where she messed up on stand & realised, to quickly change it back to what she 1st said 🤔 JDs lawyers have so much time now to rip her testimony to shreds with evidence to back it up!!! She needs medical help‼️

After seeing Johnny Depp’s and his attorneys’ reaction to AH saying she “just thought of kate moss and stairs and started swinging”…I’m excited to see what sinkhole she stepped in with that one. Cross examination can’t come soon enough.

Theres a lack of vocabulary and range when she describes the apparent torment she's endured for years. Trauma speaks for itself with depth and clarity from the truth of the experience, you don't need to add any other histrionics to it.

One comparison for me is one individual was articulate whereas the other continually uses the word, “like” every other word while lying, exaggerating and pretending to cry.

Obviously, Johnny was the best thing to ever happen to Amber. She’s so self destructive she has to try and destroy him too. Sad and getting very desperate.

How can she remember not wanting to move after the bottle incident due to not knowing if the glass broke, if shortly before that she states she thought it was his fist up until shown a picture of a bottle

Nothing she did, looked authentic to me. Typically, when expressing stressful emotions. Crying, anger, etc. The face expresses a lot of involuntary muscle control in certain areas. The reason AH’s face, IMO, looks weird is because you can tell she is voluntarily trying to replicate involuntary muscle control to reflect the correct emotions; that she failed at miserably. While trying to keep eye contact with jurors to read the room and reactions. She is very manipulating and uses contrived emotions that don’t look authentic, at all. SHE IS CRINGE TO THE MAX.

Can’t watch her testimony way too awkward and keep experiencing 2nd hand embarrassment. I’ve been a victim of DV and I can confidently say SHE IS A LIAR.

Normally if I see someone crying, I'm very much a sympathy crier and I'll feel like crying with them. When amber crys, it's so put on I don't feel anything at all, I don't feel sorry for her. It just makes me cringe.

I stopped watching the trial because I can’t stand this liar and her Low class acting and pretending. I hope Johnny wins case. Even if he doesn’t, I will celebrate his victory because in my eyes he is the winner, he wanted to speak truth and he did.

Johnny without acting when telling his story we can actually feel his fear towards Amber's violent behavior. Amber instead made a whole story with fake tears and so fake nobody bought it

So creepy how she keeps talking to the jury. Johnny doesn’t talk to the jury. Cause he knows he’s not trying to convince anyone. He’s just there to tell the truth. Amber is trying to convince people cause she has no proof, and is also just creepy for not even producing tears. Also people don’t cry explain themselves and continue going with no breaks when it’s honest. They take a minute to compose themselves. She just keeps going. So creepy. So untruthful.

You listen to her story and honestly I can't believe a word of it and I just found myself become angry that she could go to such lengths to embellish and exagerate such despicable acts.

I hope JD team now get to bring up Amber's history of domestic violence both to her sister and previous partner. Her sister isn't testifying and all her so called witnesses are dead or a unknown russian flight attendant. Amber Heard wants people to believe that all JD witnesses including police and independent witnesses are all in some conspiracy. Kate Moss calls bs on AH. But hopefully now they can bring up her previous domestic violence.

Aside from everything else in johnnys favor, all his witnesses are grown adults in their 40’s 50’s and 60’s. They come across seasoned and mature and calm. She comes across like a immature, unhinged child. I think over the break she will study everything she can in all the comments, and try to up her game.

Really hoping jury wont get fooled by her play.

Amber said in court: "Security guard carried Johnny like a baby". Amber stole this from Depp's film The Libertine (2004). The scene is approx. 1 hour 25 min into the film. She later testified "he lost control of his bowels"... which is also in the same scene.
