Something that stopped the mental spiral you are describing around 8:00 is to stop watching mommy content or reading parenting info. Seek help if you have a specific problem but other than that tune out! My second child was 3 before I could start to consume other mom’s - mom related posts without it leading to me over analyzing my own current situation. And I still limit how much mommy stuff I consume
