Very informative, in my previous organization, my role is a combination of Network Engineer/Administrator, we deal with projects and day to day issues, the monitoring part and first line of troubleshooting is with our NOC engineer team.

Yes depending on the organisational structure there may be a single role that covers two!

I work in a smaller organization for the army. I'm essentially all three as anything Network related is my job. Which is kinda cool and kinda scary at the same time.

Im new to your channel. Have you earned your CCNA? I want to become a network engineer and considering taking the CCNA to better my chances of landing networking roles not just engineering.

Hi! Welcome to The Social Dork! Yes I did give the CCNA as my first ever IT certification. I highly recommend it.

I would like to know the salary of eachother role comparison
@thesocialdork1133

Hi mate, the salary totally depends from organization to organization and what they generally prioritize. However, a network engineer would tend to earn more that the other two. Network engineer > Network admin > Network support in that order.

Hey yes its a good cert to help you get in but not the only thing you should focus on. Also look to get hands on stuff done eg using simulation tools
