I'm so glad!! I have a whole puppy section on my site that might be helpful with your new addition. Congratulations, they grow up super fast!! tailswithnicole.com/category/puppy-training/
Thanks for sharing! Is the Revol hard to travel with? I know it’s a travel crate but I’m worried about the weight (I’ll have to carry it up and down stairs)
It's def not lightweight, I find carrying it by the side handle drastically helps - it's almost easier than rolling it on the wheels. It's a bit bulkier than most people expect when loading in the car too (not set up of course). I have the small that is 25lbs but they go up from there. For example the large is 53lbs 😳 I don't think I'd be able to carry that by myself but the small is do-able. BUT the Eventeur is super light weight, you just also have to bring a pump with you. That has become my travel one lately.
So you can not open the other door (the garage style door) if you have the puppy divider? Because im assuming the puppy divider will be on the way of the sliding door when you open it? I need clarification 😅 Also, with the divider being available does the size matter relative to the breed or no? I’ll be having an australian shepherd puppy
Correct... for the Revol! If the puppy divider is in then the garage door style doesn't open on the Revol, on the evolv since it opens outward it still would open. Great question! Re Size: I would do the crate that would best fit your Australian shepherd as an adult dog, and use the puppy divider while growing up. My guess would be a Medium unless you have a male on larger size then intermediate.
What would you rate the revol for traveling? I go camping and swimming alot and my Boston loves to come with, just curious about crash safety and how easy if would be to clean/hold up! Thanks so much!
If you stacked all of the pieces (minus the corner connectors) of the evolv, would that stack be as high as the revol when it's collapsed? I'm thinking about what would take more space when traveling.
I think it would, and it's honestly not easy to take apart and put together over and over (speaking from experience). If you are gonna be taking them apart I would do Revol or Eventur (just need to bring the pump with.
