I am not sure how you obtain all the data, in the case of J10, its performance varied significantly the latest variant J10C is almost a new plane, so the data is questionable, for example the J10A is a lot heavier than J10C because the latest variant used a lot of composite material to make the plane lighter

J-10C is an air superiority fighter, whereas Rafale is a multi-role fighter. So for air-to-air combat, J-10C probably has an edge, given its faster speed, higher ceiling, larger AESA radar and above all the PL-15 missile. Pakistan has also proven that it has some of the best fighter pilots in the world. Pakistan bought J-10C for exactly the purpose of air superiority and it's an excellent choice.

The radar detective a range of J10c is definitely longer than rafale.

Any country’s Air Force could equipped itself with more J10s in terms of costs & maintenances whether in peace times or at war. The costs of the Rafael in both situations would be enormously high for most countries. At war, an Air Force just cannot maintain the rate of losing its Rafael jets, even for a short war because the replacement costs would not be financially viable for a modest economy of most developing countries. The destructive capacity of both fighter jets are technically known but it would also have to come down to the basics of economics when owning & operating these military jets.

Compared to the Rafael it looks like the J10C is close competitor. It is considerably lighter, faster and therefore potentially more nimble. It is also 70% cheaper but it cannot operate from warships. The technical differences are minor. The pilots skill can make all the difference.

What most of you are not understanding here is the fact that Pakistan has less diameter to cover when it comes to combat with India in any form. The Land radius of Pakistan is way smaller than India hence less to defend. Therefore, any aircraft like J-10, JF17 or F-16 give Pakistan an edge on India as it can move inside within 2 mins of flight hence any air to air combat or air to ground combat will be on Indian ground irrespective of the outcome. Therefore, in any combat India has to suffer collateral damage. On other side, India has to move aircraft from one side of the country to other i.e. India has only 2 airbases in disputed Kashmir and 4 bases on International border. Given the time, tactile effectiveness and medium size range, Pakistan benefits overall. That is irrespective of any technical capabilities Rafael or any other airfcraft India has at the moment. Pakistan has been co-producing with China, Turkey, Brazil, Indonesia, Malaysia and Azerbaijan since 90s. Whereas India is solely buying from Russia. United States has declined all technology transfer to India until TATA buys rights to produce F16s in India, which hasn't happened as it costs £2billion of initial commitment. So irrespective of overall technical comparison, Pakistan is far better when it comes to tactics, self reliance, suitability, range and area to cover in comparison with India. The only thing that determines a fighter jet is the engine and radar based on electronic technology. A few decades ago, China's fighter jets may have been very backward, but today, China's engine technology has made some progress, and there may be some gaps between Europe and the United States, but it is completely possible. Satisfy the needs of medium fighter jets and, most importantly, China's electronic technology today is perhaps far ahead of France's.

Lol 🤣 Here lots of people believe that the author is insulting Rafale, but she already does her best to unfairly compare the last version Rafale with the earlier J10A. Actually the new J10C has a AESA radar with 1200 T/R modules, more powerful than Rafale's 836 modules RBE2 radar (sorry, Rafale has smaller nose than J10). The PL15 is considered as the best BVRAAM (by experts, not here of cause😜), by it's world first dual pulsed solid propellant rocket engine, it has a range beyond 200km (export version PL15E reduce to 145km), much more than the Meteor missil with ramjet engine. The Meteor missil still uses old Pulse-doppler mechanical radar, while PL15 already changed with a more advanced AESA guidance head. Rafale's main advantage is its huge munitions and external fuel capacity. Literally, they're two different kind of fighters, J10 is a pure air dominance fighter, and Rafale is more like a multi-purpose fighter. Because in China, ground attack is J16's job(like F15E in US), but for France, Rafale has to do all. In short, J10C has more advantage in air combat, and Rafale is more powerful in air to ground attack.

Indian Rafal does not carry Meteor missiles, France refused to sell Meteor guided missiles to India as well as Egypt, so Indian Rafal will have to settle for MICA missiles with a maximum range of 80 kilometers, the same as Egyptian Rafal, so it is twice less from the range of Chinese air-to-air missiles PL 15 carried by all newer Chinese aircraft as well as the J 10C

I think the PL-15 missile is a greater factor than the differences between the planes themselves. The ramjet gives the Meteor greater range, but being a jet that needs to take in air makes its turning rate limited compare to a rocket. While PL-15 has a double pulse rocket system that can maneuver very quickly when getting close to the target.

J10C is lot lighter than J10A, it's completely different plane, on the other hand J10C with ASEA radar and capability of firing PL15 missile will help it alot against Rafale and Rafale in that case has no edge over J10C also Rafale's combat capability depends on its fuel tanks it can carry which makes it more vulnerable as it will make it have more weight and less agility and BVR can hit it with more precision.

When u look at the price range… you will come to know that j10 is worth buying compared to Rafael which is 4 times more price then j10 c with minor differences

Pound for pound, the J-10C is a much more cost effective fighter aircraft, compared to the Rafiel. Besides, experience has shown that French aircraft seldom perform as advertised, and are priced well above their worth, and countries often only buy these French aircraft, when others are not available, due to political or other reasons.

All Indian News outlets are lying. The Pakistani J10CE planes have 139.5 KN of thrust because they have the Chinese WS10B Thrust Vectoring Engine NOT the weaker Russian Saturn Engine.. This extra thrust also makes the Radar more effective and brings the J10CE much closer to the Rafale's performance. The higher altitude ceiling of the J10CE compared to the Rafale means that the PL15 missiles will have much more kinetic energy and range. The low altitude celing of the Rafale means that the Meteor Missiles will have greatly reduced range and kinetic energy. A Eurofigher Typhoon and launch a meteor missile from 55,000 feet and it's the real Meteor, not the export version India has. The Indian meteor export version launched from a Rafael's low altitude celing only has 60% of the range.

Pakistan has always been known to have excellent pilots or better pilots than India. Pakistan Air Force provides far more flying time to its pilots than India. A known fact. Having cheaper planes who ALMOST stack up to almost four times more expensive but slightly better aircraft is a better deal for Pakistan. Having an experienced pilot with better air to air and air to ground missiles is what would determine who will come out on top in a dogfight. Losing three pilots to one Rafale is definitely more disastrous for Pakistan than India. India now has far deeper pockets than Pakistan so even if India loses 30 Rafales compares to over a 100 Pakistani pilots for an even fight, is disadvantageous for Pakistan. In a war, money saved doesn't win battles/wars but well trained/experienced men remaining who can to continue to fight, will win the battle/war. Pilots are finite, planes can be infinite if you have deep pockets. Israel has survived its wars because US handed whatever Israel lost and more. The pilots had to be provided by Israel though.

Rafale is so good that the French Air Force mainly rely on Mirage 2000. According to 2018 data, the French Air Force has 115 Mirage 2000 and only 95 Rafale and E-3 Sentry for electronic warfare.

J10 is much better than Rafael and is much lighter, meaning it's swift just like the bird named the swallow, it's very agile, and can do as much damage just like the Rafael can...

At the cost of four at Place of one and more or less the same capability J10c is better. Above all the man flying it matters. worth a billion of dollars.

The biggest advantage that Pakistan have over India is that when it comes to Aircraft maintenance or repair parts, they're easily accessible to get since the J10's are manufactured in China, their next door neighbour and iron brother. No Rafael will be 4x better. ORIGINAL J-10 can simply overwhelm in numbers and suffer less losses due to greater numbers. And this is an upgraded J-10C which is greatly upgraded.
