Thanks for this excellent review! I have one other suggestion for the Desk Agenda - the Graphic Image Notebook. It is wire-bound, has gilded edges, and is a perfect fit for the DA. I believe you can get them on Amazon.
Deborah Davison Yes, they do work as well with a snug fit in the DA (mine fit so snugly I may start trimming the back cover). They are also available at www.graphicimage (.com). Thank you! 😉😉😉
I use hobonichi techo cousin with April start in desk agenda with Taroko A5 Enigma bullet journal for extra notes. CCGM is for journaling, etc. Thanks again.
I just found and purchased a CC GM from the preloved market! This video is sooo helpful in finding notebooks etc to fit it! Thank you! I’ll definitely be getting the Hobonichi and the Greenroom notebooks. I wonder if a greenroom notebook would fit with the 1/2 year Hobonichi (6 months).
great review! but I still can't decide which cover I should choose. 🤔The hobonichi look bit loose in the desk agenda... as when you flipped it close.. it looks like there are still a lot of space left in the desk agenda... will the hobonichi keep falling out or moving around when u hv it in the desk agenda? I can't imagine how it fits if we slot the cover into both side of the desk agenda. might be too small I guess? 🤗
Carolyn T Thanks! I know it can be a tough decision. I rather like the Hobo Cousin in the Desk Agenda, even though it doesn't fit as snugly as it does in the CC GM. It's just a matter of personal preference. It works well with both covers tucked into the Desk Agenda also. I just usually tuck it into the back cover and add a thin notebook on the left side for random note taking, but I have tucked it into the front cover as well. The Cousin is one of the true A5 inserts that works equally well in both Agenda covers. Good luck with your decision!
Matari Gunter Thanks! I tend to switch up my setups pretty frequently, but I prefer to use my hobonichi cousin in the Desk Agenda. So I tend to switch out more journals and notebooks for the CC GM 😉😉😉
