@@Citizenesse8 thanks, I hope you decide to buy land , outright, cash. I am a land surveyor, and have been for 24 years. My story is looked at with judgement, I have never tasted alcohol or drugs. Never done any criminal activity, but I have worked very hard for 24 years and had 5 houses with land and 2 empty pieces of land stolen all of which I paid off in full cash and owned from day one. and my bank account has been robbed, I have had a estimated value of $484 thousand stolen, so I gave up on nice things, I just have what I need know.
I know exactly how it feels to get your first camper. I lived in my ford truck for a little while but God sent me a 26 foot camper. I was on top of the world. I'll never forget how great it felt. Thank you God for your many blessings. Great video!
I'm a 71 year old granny if you stay with God you will go places bigger and better then you can imagine. I think you can be a good inspiration to your age group. Keep up the good work. May God Bless you.
I am 72. Throughout these years I have come to realize that happiness is not based on money. I have seen many people who have everything you could possibly dream of. And they are the most unhappy and suicidal. And I have seen people penurious and they always have grins on their faces. Be happy with the life that God has given. Because the alternative is a life filled with pain. Life is an attitude. Check it! By the way; your place is beautiful! Love it!
So happy for you Isiah, yes you only need the basics to be happy.i live in my van trying to find a camper myself right now.van won't pull one though.i need van camper or class c for me.ill be happy then.god bless you sir.keeping the faith as always sir god bless your new home❤
Hello, I’m a recovering homeless addict-thanks be to God and my willingness to surrender, I have been clean n sober over 9 years and self sufficient in supporting my own house. We do recover. Keep walking and keep trusting in the lord. Everything gets better living one day at a time! God is just gettin started
Thank you, brother in Christ. I love that you got a good trailer rental.....so smart because you are being frugal and using God's wisdom to watch your money. Well done! I had the 1300 square foot townhome with a garage for years.....and now I want to be more like you.....more of a minimalist. I sold the house, donated half of my things to a thrift store and now live in a small 1 bedroom apartment and am completely content. I have the gift of joyful singleness and serve Christ as a missionary. Again, nice job and always love hearing Bible readings. Hugs!
Lovely new home. Back in 1979 I bought a brand new Excel 26' and my park rent was $60 with water, sewer and garbage, I paid the power and phone bill. I lived in it for 11 years. Married in 1983, after the husband passed and the kids grew up I bought a nice 1967 small house 2 bedrooms 1 bath and turned the 2nd bedroom into a cat room and built a catio attached to one of their windows. I own the place and my property tax is $42 a year, not kidding. Enjoy your new home and bless you.
@@bonniegiaquinto2040 Idaho has something called, "Circuit Breaker", it depends on your income if you qualify. Since I'm a widow and in the low income bracket, also for the disabled who owns their home.
@@cindisavage1636Wow, that's cheap. I'm disabled and own my home. But I live in Missouri so I don't know if we have something called a circuit breaker. Never heard of it.
I really like that tiny house! Good flow, and use of space! I downsized to a travel trailer 12 years ago. I had the huge house (it’s highly overrated)! Listen to what he’s saying, it’s so true. All that “stuff” burdens a person. Besides it’s not like you can take stuff with you when you pass… serve God, enjoy life. I love the fact you applied it to the Bible! Spot on! You’ve gained a new follower ❤
Amen. I’m am so thrilled for you. It’s not bad living in a trailer. I’ve been in mine for 5 years now and I’ve learned I don’t need what I thought I needed. I’ve really learned that stuff owns you not the other way around. Sending prayers
Be careful of your thoughts because demons are always trying to temp you with jealousy and greed. You’re definitely on a righteous path. I do like your new home. ☦️
The Holy Spirit led me to your channel. I don't believe in coincidences. God is SO good. You are SO right; your video is spot on. We are to be happy for others and be grateful for what we have and don't have. The Bible says this. Phillipians 4:12,13 12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: everywhere and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. 13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. We are to serve God and be the salt and light of this world. We are not to serve the flesh. God Bless you.
I think that's great! Congratulations. It's an awesome deal for $100 a month. I'm praying to be blessed with a camper too. Van life is super hard when you're disabled. So I'm thankful for what God is going to do!
I’m in my 60s. I wish I would have seen a video like this and had these thoughts 40+ years ago. This is great advice for anyone, young or old alike. You will go far. Matthew 6:33 New International Version 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Well done, young man.
Your new home looks like it has been well cared for, congrats! I'm not sure I understand, but apparently your are paying $1,100 a month for your space rent, and that is $1,000 less than a basic apartment wherever you are - sounds like a smart move. I'm a young senior, and here is some of my frequent observations of people/society in general: a lot of people do not know how to be thankful for the good in their life or how to appreciate the value of what we own - even if it is not a lot. Learning to be thankful automatically increases happiness - and happiness is the antidote for stress.
Hey brother...I'm in North Carolina. I, myself, also bought an RV(new though. not that it matters) and park it on my parents property. Im greatful that I dont have to pay lot rent. Only paying the RV monthly payment and I moved in today...feels very different then living in a $2,000 apartment, but the amount of money I'll be saving to live here will be no comparison. I actually feel blessed to be able to have downsized because the rent is crazy right now. So many people out there have no options and end up paying the high rent prices, living pay check to paycheck and or get into major debt. youre doing good man.
Thank you for inspiring me and reminding me that the true purpose of life is loving and living for our Lord. I wasted so much money on junk, clothes, you name it. I was not happy. I lost all my money in a divorce and had to start over at 55 years old. I now live on a small income in a small home and I am the happiest I have ever been. I thank God for where I am now. Thank you for affirming this. New subscriber 🙏🏼.
Went to a Chuck Swindoll conference in Germany years ago and learned comparison is a grace killer. It has always stuck with me. Congratulations on your new to you camper. It is lovely.
We have been living in our 5th wheel for the last 18 years after downsizing from our 3 acre mini farm. I am able to do all the things I did on the three acres except for having chicken and goats. I have learned over the years that bigger is not necessarily better. Peace of mind by not being in debt is such a great feeling! Learning to be frugal and living on less is a wonderful blessing especially in today’s economy!! 😊
,I have no idea how old you are, but your exactly right you really don't need much to be happy and content, unless you just enjoy being in the rat race that many people are stuck in. God bless and know that you are blessed to have so much wisdom at a young age. ❣️🙏🏾✝️‼️
I'm 71. Retired. Single with a little dog. Last year I moved out of a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Purchased a 24ft camper and my life got somuch more simpler and I'm so grateful to the Lord. I love my little camper. It's under $250.00 a month and $19.99 per propane tank. I have alot of solar lights so God runs my lights at night with lighting lol. I am so happy and peaceful. You have a good plan. God bless you.
Stay humble, take one day at a time. God brought you out of your car and gave you a awesome little place. One small step in your life. More steps as you stay faithful. God bless your journey!
Good message, and congrats on your new place. You made a perfect choice for living frugal. To make your trailer last for many years, either put a cover over it like an awning or portable garage and / or buy and use Eterna bond tape. One of those choices will increase the life of your trailer by years. Bless you, and thanks for sharing.
Congratulations on your home. You have a nice little place for yourself. I am looking for something like this myself. And by the way, your advice is sound. My dad told me when I work, to always take pride in my work no matter what I am doing, sweeping a floor or whatever. It has served me well. And my addition to it is, serve others for God's glory. Knowing I did my best is all any of us can do. Enjoy your home and your extra cash flow!
I'm so happy you found a cost effective simple way to live...being content is truly a "godly place" many people get to experience...you have found a "priceless treasure" dear brother 🙏🙏🙏
Good to hear from another brother in Christ. You are exactly right. Things of this world is meaningless and the desire of things of this world is sinful. Live modest and focus on doing things that’s pleasing to God. It’s like you was saying, we are all responsible for our own selves and we all should focus on our salvation instead of money and other things of this world. Hope to hear more from you.
I really appreciate someone young that praises the Lord. God bless you and your future. And thank you for showing us your setup. "Look up, lift your head, for your redemption draws near".
You have a beautiful home and what makes it even more special is that your heart is grateful to the Lord!! It is wonderful to see how He has blessed you.
Your video popped up in my feed. I think God wanted me to see this. I haven't been wanting more money, but, I have looked at other people's homes and wishing we could have something like that, but, we do have a home, matbe not as nice as others have, but, we have a home. This really touched my heart and thoughts. God Bless You and Thank You for sharing this with us❤😊❤
I just came across your channel...its no accident! Its so wonderful to see a young man that loves the Lord and is living for Him! I have subscribed and I will be watching from now on!❤️
Why not take the advice? It’s good advice. Thanks for sharing. I try to budget as well and I like to do things to help people and donate when I can. God bless you, Kathryn ❤
I don’t know you personally, but I’m a Christian and you are my spiritual brother and neighbor. Prayers that your new home will be filled with God’s love, peace and happiness.
This is wonderful for you. I am 69 and live in Australia. The housing crisis is really bad here like other countries. I live in a van and travel but hope to save enough for something like you have.
Dude! Very nice setup! I'm going to be doing the same thing. Keep the faith, my brother! My peace comes from knowing that no matter how big or how small a person's home is, you can only live in one room at a time. Enjoy your place! 🙌🏾
Your video just came up and I know I'll want to watch more of your videos. I want to congratulate you on getting your home. It's very nice and has everything you could need. I understand what you said about sometimes you feel like you want more things. I think it's human nature to feel that way and sometimes we can all struggle with that. But I can tell you're a very wise young man. Most importantly, you seem to have a strong relationship with the Lord and honestly, that's really everything you'll ever need. I'm 68 years old now and I know that on the day when we finally step into eternity that's all that's going to matter, nothing else. It's wonderful that you already know these things while you're young and you understand what's truly important in life. I will pray for you and for God's continued guidance and direction in your life! Many blessings to you!
A very wise life-plan! Take one day at a time . . . one decision at a time - one thought at a time - one scripture at a time. It absolutely leads to life success! Blessings to you young man - Amen!
I have to say. You are doing the right thing. There are so many, myself included, want more. Well I am an older woman and have come to realize that I can't have the house that I want. I have car and I live in a camper. You have a good head on your shoulders. Keep up the good work and you will be blessed with what God wants in your life.🙏❤
You are the one who makes your home your home. When you are happy and it shows and you are at peace then YOU ARE HOME! Those who come to visit will also feel the warmth when they enter and so enjoyed when they left. Also looking forward to next visit. NOW ENJOY! GID BLESS YOU AND ALL WHO ENTER,
I also wanted to add that your video just popped into my feed for some reason. I don't even watch comparable videos. The Lord must have a message for me through your video this morning.
Your RV is very cute! You can always paint and replace certain parts of the inside to fit to your liking and character. What a great deal for $6k!!! I would love to find one like that for a good price! God bless you brother on your journey.
So glad that you as a young man loves God's Word. Keep it up young man." I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me". Get out of debt and owe no man nothing, except God." Lay your treasures in Heaven where no moth or rust doth corrupt". Well done.
Such a young man and yet you have such wisdom to share. I am the mother to 3 grown kids who have grown kids of their own. I'm proud FOR you! Stay always close to the Lord. He will never leave you! Congratulations and God bless you to the max!
