Hi Savipa, thanks for your videos they are really very helpful for a new joiner. I have 1 question if we do not declare LTA so then do we get that whole 40k annually
Exact amount you might not get, I heard sometimes they add it in miscellaneous and provide and this amount also varies based their policies every year, but if you declare LTA as 0 in compensation you won't get LTA in salary, I mean no amount will be deducted, my suggestion is if you don't want to use better to keep zero, some candidates told this LTA amount is being deducted from your own salary. Make sure you wouldn't get any high deductions
Very informative video. Thank you very much. Sister I have 2 questions. Please guide here. 1. I have given value 0 to meal allowance in compensation plan. So no 2200 meal allowance will not deducted, right? 2. As meal allowance = 0, sodexo card will not be activated , right?

Hi I have 2 options for PF in Compensation plan, 1st is Fixed where they will deduct 1800 2nd is Yes where they will deduct 2356 Now, which one should I select because I believe amount gets deducted from both Employee and Employer share. So If I select (Yes-2356) then how much amount I will receive from Employer end Or If I select (Fixed-1800) then how much amount I will receive from Employer end? Please Explain
This things I was also not sure because I see that whatever amount you select here that only will be deducted, while leaving the company or if any possibility to check your PF account in your EPFO portal you can get some idea
Hi ..i am experienced and I got Cover letter from Accenture having 11.5 annual fixed compensation for level 9.. There were no discussion happened before regarding salary..what is the next process? Will they release any offer letter now?
Yes they will release offer letter, but not sure about this cover letter thing, pls check mails or contact them regarding offer letter which contains both package and joining location

@@AnkitRawat-bi1rj if you don't opt for LTA then you will have no LTA component in salary breakup compensation plan and hence no LTA amount will be blocked and deducted. However if you opt for LTA then that amount will be kept on hold and removed from your gross pay and will pe paid when you submit travel bills
Hi Mam, I need one clarification i have received the offer letter and compensation plan excel in the same workday portal. but in that excel the Ctc is mentioned incorrectly. It was differ from the offer letter ctc. I have contact the HR regards this issue they said this was not an issue. Please clarify me if it was impact on my salary. Thanks

In action items .. form 11 they have asked UAN and kyc details... UAN number should be generated by us or company will do that? Should we create bank account in the Accenture listed banks before onboarding or will the company create that for us.. ? Please clarify..

Compensation letter means hike letter last time when you received hike the compensation letter you need to save it with you. If you don't have now please mail to exit mailer whichever they have provided you while you are leaving to provide your compensation letter

Mam i have received countdown to Accenture mail in September and yet i didn't receive any further mails. Recently i saw that in countdown to Accenture page i could access the action items , but i didn't receive any mail to complete the action items. Should i complete the action items or shall i wait till the action items mail comes? But when i opens action items the joining date is given as December 31st 2024 . If i complete the action items will this date be confirmed or they will change?
Once try starting of every month it would be open I hope, see any scrolling on the same page, it would show you when it will freeze and when you can edit, if not possible means mostly next year you can update compensation plan

@@savipatechzone818 Maam actually I want banglore location but they have released offer in that location is bhuneshwar.They have released offer letter 3 days back i have not accepted t till now but it's showing with in 7 Days I need to accept otherwise it will get revoked. Will they share another offer letter after 7 days. If i didn't accept bcoz they said like I am working on it or u can accept offer letter and later we will share another revised Offer letter.

@prasadzagade8167 Bro, later I figured out, the compensation breakdown should be filled by us. Just try with the fixed compensation mentioned in your offer letter and play around with breakdown. If you hover/click the component, you will get at what percentage of your fixed should be entered. One thing I’m not sure is if you come up with your breakdown, how to put that in into effect?
