This is not a criticism, but rather a humorous observation... In this video, Lenny demonstrates how to modify a number of Glock trigger components to lighten the trigger pull. Yet, while describing the value of the safety plunger, to which he will install a lighter spring, Lenny states "So it's important that you never alter or mess with that". That's funny...and is exactly what he is about to do!

Good video Nobody I've seen so far mentions that it's possible to do damage to the safety plunger by pulling back the striker and releasing it while the slide is separated from the frame, because the striker slams against the safety plunger in the safe position and it will put dents and burrs on it.

DO NOT use the lighter striker spring if your pistol is going to be used for self defense. Especially if you have a 45 or 10mm Glock. With that said Ive been experimenting with my trigger on my new Glock 41. I found that using the heavy trigger assist spring, reduced power plunger and a 3.5 connector on top of polishing all your contact points will drastically improve the feel of your Glock trigger. I was able to shoot much tighter groups after these mods. Great videos Lenny, They have helped myself and other Glock fans when working on our pistols. Ill be sure to support Glockstore whenever I need parts and accessories.

And why not....don't you think that accuracy is important for self defense? I don't want to be pulling the gun off target with a heavy trigger pull if there is an intruder in my home, or even outside the home if I am attacked!

Thanks so much for this 😢. Was getting ready to upgrade the plunger spring and would have taken who knows how long taking the slide apart. Probably would have scratch the plate as well.

Do not mess with springs or n carry or duty weapons if you must play with a connector and see what that gets you. Never 👎 only play with springs for comp guns .

strange the heavy trigger spring made the pull back to the way it was .. just use the 4lb and lighter safe plunger ..if the trigger trys to reset faster with a stronger spring then to pull the trigger it takes '' more '' pull ..

What you loose in reset speed isn’t really worth the trigger pull with the trigger spring in my opinion

Just a caveat here, reduced power striker spring does not do well with hard primers. Ask me how I know 😅. Just ordered the spring kit to get my Glock 34 back to the edge of reliability

About the 4 pound striker spring - It's the reliability of this weaker spring well established? I have read the warning about 10mm and 45 ACP; don't use this for self defense. I wonder if that is just a "CYA" thing, etc.

I want to reduce the trigger pull on my Glock 42. After watching this and other videos I think I want to use the springs. I want to get the stock 5.5 pound trigger pull down to a 4.5 or 4 pound trigger pull. Will I have to install all three springs or can I get away with only changing out the striker spring and plunger spring to get the desired 4.5 to 4 pound pull? Or can I just change out the plunger spring? I don't want a 3.5 trigger pull. Just a little less than the stock trigger pull

I am experiencing my glock 19 gen 3 will sometimes fire again on reset.. i have the spring kit and the vr4 rqce connector installed. I love the feel of the trigger it is right at 3lbs. Now but firing on reset makes me very nervous. Again it is only sometimes. I meed help !!!!

on your sight you state it will reduce "pull weight by up to 1 full pound". so if you do this kit with the 3.5 lb connector will it drop it down to about 2.5 lb trigger pull?
