It’s so good to see you telling us how you unwind and get to relax! Honestly a good idea to just go for a walk and make a routine with something like that.
I walk as well about 3miles a day not only to provide low impact exercise but like you said to clear my mind and remind myself of all I have to be grateful for. I find that expressing gratitude for what you have increases what you have to be grateful for.
