For preparation, can you still issue a report???

If you are hired by the doctor to perform a compliation but if let's say you are the doctor's patient, does that need to be reported as non independent when drafting the report?

Review report under AR-C 90 is also for non issuers only and not for issuers. Please correct me if I am wrong

Could we double check on the Report not being issued even in the case of the COMPILATION not being used by a third party?? SSARS requires a compilation report to be issued when an accountant has compiled FS!
