I believe without genuine interest in CS you won't survive in this field. But interest won't ever wake up if your cs fundamentals are messy.

I still remember my last time Core CS preparation for college placements. Trust me guys, Vivek teaches you exactly what is being asked in the interviews. Your concepts are going to be clear. I still use his slides for quick revision.

At 24:00, I think the assembly code generated would have been much smaller if only iostream would have been included.

I saw computer when i was a child it scares the shit out of me and also i couldnt learn it but my brother was very quick in operating the computer and dubugging the problem. Due to that I didnt do Computer Science in Bachleor's and I curse myself today literally struggling to get an admission for Masters in Computer Science fields Tough i have been working in computer science field. I hope when you are chossing your college isntead of deciding on the same year take 1 year break and do some internship and do skill development work then You will realize the potential of your self

As an electronics engineer I finds something funny that the CS students don't know even how the things work behind it..... And these things are taught us in beginning of the college in Electronics branch. The Subject named Computer Science told us the Science behind computer.. so acedemics must adding the knowledge of whole computer works H/W and S/W as well...

​@@vivekgupta3484 Well I get this doubt that learning into in-depth stuffs like assembly language and hardware programming, is also required to be known by a software engineer?? I generally found seniors going into depth core(especially in ECE or EE) study these things for a profile in digital hardware design or similar but for most of the software roles as a beginner, mainly everyone just keeps telling to have a very good grasp on DSA/CP and some basic projects mostly in web development(as goes in KGP these days).
