I do that on the treadmill too hahaha (stop it on the exact second), I have to add 20 seconds to account for the time taken to reach speed though lol

Maybe for the treadmill you can cover it with paper or a small piece of cloth/towel (?) and uncover it every now and then to check the time

and yeah what regular size coffees are now should be the small size
