Yes, there are many US citizens that are radical Israeli settlers. I recently watched some RU-vid vlog, I think from the Gray Zone, but I'm not 100% certain, that talked about an organization that is sending money to aid these Americans who go into Israel and help the Israelis steal Palestinian land. I would like to see the UN take a look into this organization and see what compensation these people receive for going and doing this horrible bullying that the IDF allows that ends up allowing settlers to take Palestinian's land. That is obviously a war crime as well. That organization needs to be sanctioned and shut down.

Afghanistan not a chance Iraq is a possibility with a few that actually served there representing UK under investigation at the moment. Gaza - the UK can't be charged for possible war crimes as they have not hurt one citizen in Gaza, providing possible weapons like iran in Ukraine is not a war crime and agreeing/disagreeing to a cease-fire is not a criminal offence under any international law. In the last 100 years so many nations from Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and America's should be under the same scrutiny but that is not in line with what is going on today so it's just UK, US, Russia and Israel which are the popular ones.

It states the conditions by the British Crown under which the refugee jews were allowed to live in Palestine. One of the conditions is “‘that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-jewish communities in Palestine”. Consistently violated.

Those were the conditions for a homeland, not 'being allowed to live in Palestine'. And it's premised upon the notion that those 'communities in Palestine' would not summarily declare war on Israel and attempt to invade it. Insofar as they've continually done that it's become impossible to proceed according to such a plan.

This case against Israel appears to be quite solid, airtight and their legal position seems weak. I've reviewed their rebuttal, and it seemed more like a law coaching class than a convincing defense. If, in two weeks, the court aligns with South Africa, which seems likely given the evidence, both the US, Germany, France and the UK could face legal troubles for potentially aiding genocide, as it is illegal.
