Both art 19 and 21 are available against State and private individuals Reference - The judgement by the Supreme Court on January 3, 2023, in writ petition Kaushal Kishor vs. The State Of Uttar Pradesh Govt. and Ors. with the special leave petition ruled that the rights guaranteed under Article 19(1) and Article 21 can be enforced against private individuals and not only against the state.

Sir aapne ek jagah bola article 19 and 21 state and individual person dono ke against hai fir ek jagah bol rhe 21 individual ke against nhi hai. Sir please make it clear 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Sir Right to Silence comes under Article 21 and not in Article 20 please check once .

Article 20 (3) of the Constitution provides that “No person accused of any offence shall be compelled to be a witness against himself”. The right guaranteed under Article 20 (3) acts as a “protective umbrella against testimonial compulsion in respect of persons accused of an offence to be witness against themselves”.
