I know this is an old video but my question is related to the theme of this video. What is your opinion of the BFS DOT drill? (www.biggerfasterstronger.com/uploads/Dot%20Drill%20Info.pdf)
You are just great...I have benefitted a lot in my gameplay from your fitness regimes...!!! I wish you have 10 million subscribers...!!! As what you teach here is an art...!!!

My dude...you amaze me! You saved my body so many times. I really appreciate your advice. I'm definitely trying these ankle exercises because if they work, I may not need surgery. Let's keep our fingers crossed. Is it normal to be scared of surgery? Incredible video like always, bro!👍👍💪💪
Here in my land has a song that says so "" ... you look like an angel, just that there is no ala iaia .. passa at home ... "" looks like you this music .. you won a fan
Balanced training and working a lot on mobility / structural balance. Here is my article about mobility/structural balance and how to work on it properly: bit.ly/2cvKfAQ
How many time/reps do you recommend that we do all the exercises? I'm taking my recovery from an ankle surgery so I'm very interesting. Thanks for everything. You're doing an extraordinary job.
Thanks Gabriel. People without problems can do the routine 1-3 times per week. In your case I would let the ankle recover as much as possible and then approaching these exercises slowly maybe once a week (the most important part is how well you recover)
Some of them where your knees go past the toes can put strain on the knees if your legs aren't balanced and there are weaknesses. Normally they should be OK
i have a really strained ankle on my right leg :/ its from kicking the bag hard with the end of the foot, so it sounds like something is grinding in there when i move it, and is a bit weaker and unstable. Do you think stretching the top side of the foot is the way to go, aswell as the other way?
Hard to say from here, I would contact a local doctor. I would also let it heal as much as possible and then start doing very easy and novel movements.
Could I do this rountine from a heel fracture? I broke it in a accident in January 2017 and it’s still not well even after a little physical therapy! I’m a person that once loved high heels and now I can’t wear this because it’s still hard for me to stand up straight on them 🙁🙁
Hey you pronounce gastrocnemius wrong! You say it similar to "necronomicon" , or like it was written "gastronomicus" , hehe. I am Greek , so since the word gastrocnemius comes from the Greek word "γαστροκνήμιον" , Ι find it very funny to hear it in such a twisted pronunciation. But all you have to do is : say "gastro" as you correctly say it , then remember the word "acne" , it is when the teenage persons have these things on their skin , and then continue with "mius" which is a Latin-type of ending , so I suppose you can understand how to say it , similar to the last part of delicious.
