Wow, lots of good information, thank you. I've been watching lots of Brevo videos, however, none of them explain how to personalize the emails to subscribers, why is that? Is there a way to personalize the emails? Also all I want is: whenever I get a subscriber, send them an email within seconds with a CODE number, but I want to personalize that email with their names, how do I do that? Thanks :)

Why do we need to create templates under Templates again to send email after Video testing email under Email section:(
