Keep the starchy carbs out of your intermittent fasting carb cycling diet on these days. The moderate carb days you can add in a little bit more rice and potatoes and fruits. With this carb cycling and intermittent fasting plan you want to do your best to eat whole foods that are not processed or are minimally processed. And then on the high carb day of your intermittent fasting and carb cycling meal plan you can eat the same types of carbs you ate during your moderate carb days, except have even more.
