Complete rebuild and restoration of this old concrete staircase at a school. We removed all the damaged concrete, getting down to a solid structure. The staircase is first rebuilt with TF Structural, and then a final overlay is applied, using the same product, TF Structural concrete repair. This was all completed in one day, and open for full use only 2 hours after installation. This product is not a polymer modified cement, needs no primers, and will last as long as concrete. TF Structural can be bought on amazon, or directly from Terrafuse in larger quantities.

May ask. Im from South Africa. You said you screeded the top landing? Is that with your standard river sand and cement or your special product?

All was done with TF Structural. Cement will not bond to concrete.

Could you use structural to create a ramp from one level to another. Say 4 inches? If so, would i do more than one layer at a time, or can i just go for it and fill up to 4 inches. i ask bc some of those stairs seem about the same depth fill..

hello im intersted in your product i live in laval quebec and i have a stair to repair if i use your product should i first wet the area where to pour? should i use a primer first? even you say no need but i need to give guarantee to customer , should i try to remove all things i feel not wel structuredor there is a crack, and what if they just want to repair the falling part?

you can dampen the surface with water first, but you don't have to. Don't use any primers, they will ruin the bond of the TF Structural. Remove all old, loose, deterioration concrete. You can just repair the damaged areas if you want, no problem.

would brooming the final coat forward help drain the rain water more efficiently, versus side brooming shown here ? (Slip resistance would work either direction ).

A little bit yes, but it is common to see the lines made perpendicular to foot traffic
