Points compiled really well Love. I would like to add a point about Resume. Students applying should name resumes in a proper format, like Abhishek-Singh_Resume_SDE.pdf Rather than using newResume, finalResume, updatedResume.pdf etc And some keywords should be picked up from the JD and put in the Resume before applying to each company.
