Hey bro couple questions! How do you go about learning matchups? Like how do you learn what to mulligan for in certain matchups and what tech cards are best? Thanks for any help and great video!!
Generally a good thing to do is to just play test with your friends, try out different cards and get a feel for how your matches are going. Decks also generally have weaknesses and if there is a card that can exploit that weakness, to try it out. An example would be 1c Nico Robin, which was a tech card used to KO the 4c Rebecca.
I wish we had this kind of content for more leaders Any Tips for Enel players against Katakuri, it's a though matchup but I think you can approach it kind of like the mirror match
Glad you enjoy it! I'll definitely try to make more for decks that I can learn as in depth as this one. Pretty hard matchup for Enel - I think Enels standard game plan of controlling the board is your best bet, and just hope the Katakuri doesn't draw any/enough 10c big moms. This match-up should get a lot better after EB01 and OP07 support for Enel comes out
When do you defend your characters in the moria matchup? I find myself over defending and under defending quite often. It's hard to determine that option. What's the key to look for ? Is it just whatever the game state is and make a educated judgment call ?
The general rule for guarding attacks still applies (guard 5k, 6k into your leader/5k bodies; guard 6k, 7ks into your 6k bodies), but you will have to make more on the spot decisions vs Moria. I think the most common time you counter with more than 2 cards isfor your 7c/10c mom if the opponent is left with not enough don to clear it as well as your other bodies
how is the deck after EB01 is it still strong or has the resurgance of red purple law made it go down?also will losing reject hurt this deck a lot or will it still be strong after the ban?amazing video keep up the good work 😁

BY Luffy is probably one of the toughest match ups for kata. Unfortunately dont have any tips yet on facing BY Luffy since it isnt out yet sorry about that
Generally having a wider board than they can clear is how you beat Katakuri (RP law does this very well)! Try not to swing with your characters if they can clear all of them on the swing back - especially as Belo Betty since you want them to hit your leader Get damage/cards out of their hand with just your leader swings until you have 5 characters and can try push for game. Haven't personally played against Belo Betty, but I think Cracker might be essential to help you push for game
Found this randomly but this guide is very informative. Gave me ideas on how to better my play. Personally I've found going 2nd against Moria to be better but I'll have to practice 1st again. Also went back and watched your deck profile. I like that sky island searcher tech.
