Hi Dr. Rizwan. It's very nice from you to do all of this for us, thank you very much. I am physician with 9 years of experience, however I did a master in EU from 2020 to 2021 and a gap from 2022 to 2023. I have been working again at the A&E department for 6 months now (I've worked most of the time in A&E dept). I'd like to know what are my chances to get a job. It seems that there aren't. I have passed AMC 1 (preparing now for Clinical, and my ILETS score is 7.5). May you know maybe about a post currently?, an option ? ... Thanks for all your help .

So in one youtube video I watched comparison between usmle plab and amc, it stated that mle expires after 7 years and plab after 2 years but amc never expires and in terms of attempts, mle has 6, plab has 4 and amc has unlimited: what does that mean? You only have to pay for AMC 1 once and then you can book as many times as you want without paying again?
You also said English test is not required for jobs but for AHPRA registration, so what is AHPRA and does it mean specialist level and below that we can do jobs as internal and RHO without doing these tests?
