Hi! Can you tell me about the difference between FILES in my TEAM vs Content Library in Class Notebook. Why would I use one over the other. In the Content Library, does the teacher UPLOAD materials here from my OneDrive or just CREATE new materials? I have noted how I can insert a Print PDF so students can draw over a PDF that I already had. And I've noted that if I want to SEE what my students are doing in real time, then I need to create in Class Notebook and then back in Assignments, I can attach from Class Notebook. BUt, if I wanted to just have a bunch of files (resources) available for students, is that when I would upload files into TEAMS Files in the Channel ribbon, next to Posts?
Hi, great video thanks. If I delete the class team, do students lose access to the one note? It would be a pity if they had taken lots of personal notes and it gets deleted. I also don't want to have to keep all my old class teams running as it gets cluttered quickly. Any suggestions or workarounds so they can still access their onenote notes without the team?
If you archive the team, but not delete it, everything should still be accessible through OneNote but you wont have old teams clogging up your Teams app
@@MrExhamsEdTech that's great to hear, but all the teams would still be visable at the student end yes? I'm worried that would be confusing and messy for them, but I guess we would have to teach them how to archive their teams also.
