Yes, polio drops were given at Jeddah airport's hajj terminal. It's only for pilgrims from Pakistan (and Afghanistan, I guess). And that too if the flight is coming directly. i.e. if you are connecting through Dubai, Doha, etc then I don't think they administer polio drops.
